This resort is simply exceptional and the largest in the Caribbean. It is located in the Fajardo area and features a golf course, a private island, a water park, and multiple restaurants… It has 750 rooms (73 currently under renovation) and a membership program for 93 “Las Casitas” units. It includes 589,559 square meters of land for development.
The complex was developed by Waldorf Astoria Resort in 1965 and is the most iconic oceanfront golf resort in the entire Caribbean, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean. Currently, it features four swimming pools and four distinctive restaurants and bars. The iconic “Coquí Water Park” is the only oceanfront water park in Puerto Rico, and the private island of “Palomino” boasts pristine white-sand beaches, water sports, and oceanfront dining and drinks. The resort features 843 ocean-view units, including 18 suites, as well as the “Las Casitas” apartment-style residences, which generate rental income and range from 1 to 3 bedrooms. The property offers a wide variety of amenities ideal for groups of all sizes.
